The Role As a Lumen Sr. Analyst, you will work closely with various internal Lumen organizations as a consulting-level professional with a full understanding of area of specialization. The Main Responsibilities + Contribute to the development of new processes and methods + Develops resolutions to complex problems that require frequent use of creativity + Uses judgement within broadly-defined policies and practices + Exert significant latitude in determining objectives of assignment + Work independently + Contribute to establishment of organization’s strategic goals + Perform in an internal expert role Specific Duties (related to role) + Establish process flow charts and end to end documentation for all contract admin functions to highlight process improvement gaps and opportunities + Manage the timely receipt of banking documentation while also developing process controls and improvements to ensure complete customer documentation (including necessary banking forms) is received upfront without the need for continual review and follow-up. This portion of the process must be streamlined from it’s current state. + Monitor daily requests coming through our shared emailbox distributing tasks and evaluating results (monthly volumes, cycle times) + Establish a criteria checklist of an effective sales contract package audit by interfacing with internal team members and management. Produce a monthly scorecard of contract audit results and develop a standard report interface with sales management. + Interface with Accounts Payable and various Sales Support to ensure process improvements are communicated with appropriate accountability and service levels + Become a subject matter expert with CDG system and learn back up support roles to all members on the Contract Admin team.
