Job Description

We are partnered with a leading global manufacturer in the industrial and environmental solutions sector is seeking a Continuous Improvement (CI) Manager to join its U.S.-based operations. This organization is known for its commitment to innovation, operational excellence, and a people-first culture, with a strong presence across multiple international markets. The CI Manager will play a key role in driving performance improvements across the facility by leading Lean initiatives, facilitating Kaizen events, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This position will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, implement solutions, and deliver measurable results in safety, quality, delivery, and cost. The Continuous Improvement Manager will be responsible for: Lead the development and execution of improvement projects aligned with operational and financial goals. Manage a structured pipeline of Kaizen events and continuous improvement initiatives. Deliver measurable cost savings and productivity gains, targeting a return of 3-5x annual salary. Enhance daily management systems, including visual controls and performance tracking tools. Promote and implement 6S and visual management practices throughout the facility. Act as a change agent to support Lean transformation and employee engagement. Mentor and develop team members in Lean tools and problem-solving methodologies. Track progress using SQDC and PDCA frameworks to ensure sustainability of improvements. Identify and share best practices across departments and locations. Support strategic planning and deployment of key business initiatives. The Continuous Improvement Manager will have the following qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, or a related field; MBA preferred. 5-10+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment with a focus on Lean and continuous improvement.
