THE JOB:
As a Marketing Executive, you will play a vital role in enhancing the guest experience by executing casino customer requests with discretion, sound judgment, and a commitment to service excellence. You’ll use customer data to evaluate casino play, issue incentives, and collaborate across departments to support ongoing marketing and guest engagement strategies.
THE SCHEDULE
Swing Shift | Full Time 5:00pm – 1:00am
DAY TO DAY
Evaluate casino customer activity and authorize comps and incentives within approved limits. Maintain and develop customer relationships to support the property’s long-term growth. Coordinate with Casino Marketing, property personnel, and fellow Marketing Executives to provide seamless service for in-house guests. Assist with customer reinvestment strategies and ensure the profitability of assigned accounts. Handle guest disputes or complaints with professionalism, balancing guest satisfaction and business needs. Protect the confidentiality of all guest information, enforcing privacy policies at all times. Attend and support special events, including promotional functions and quarterly finance meetings when required.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills Is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment Has the ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with teams Possesses a strong sense of discretion and professionalism with sensitive guest information Is flexible with work schedules, including nights, weekends, and travel Holds a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Brings at least 3 years of relevant experience in casino marketing
