Develops and communicates department objectives and plans to accomplish. Duties and Responsibilities Supervises routine day-to-day operations of a team. Monitors on a daily basis, team performance, communicates frequently and resolves operational and performance issues in a timely manner. Communicates team objectives to support global transformation solutions, world sourcing and global sourcing goals in small to medium sized teams. Identifies and informs senior management of staffing requirements to ensure that team is adequately staffed to perform assigned duties. Promotes the understanding and use of global sourcing and workflow management services. Recommends and/or initiates the selection and hiring of employees. Trains and evaluates employees to enhance their performance, development, and work product. Addresses performance issues and makes recommendations for personnel actions. All other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information systems, engineering, or related field preferred. Five (5) or more years of Maximo or other related Computerized Mobile Maintenance System and experience with workflow/management related to Operations and Maintenance. Five (5) or more years’ experience with Preventive and Corrective Maintenance planning & scheduling. Three (3) or more years of leadership experience included. Experience working with control and assurance methodologies. Experience working with defined internal company process framework as well as client business practices, policies, and procedures. Experience working with project management software, as well as email, word processing, database, presentation and spreadsheet software (macro coding, pivot tables, and charting functions). Experience working with financial accounting practices related to project labor budgeting, authorization, and tracking. Other Requirements Must be a U.S. Citizen in order to obtain required NASA badge. Must be able to provide a certified Birth Certificate (with state seal), Passport, or INS Citizenship documents on date of hire (candidate will be sent home if this paperwork is not provided upon arrival on date of hire). Must have the ability to communicate the English language, both verbally and written, in an effective manner. Must have, and maintain, a valid driver’s license.
