CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT MANAGER

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Work with all departments of the plant to drive continuous improvement through yield and quality improvements while driving cost and variation reduction Responsible for establishing statistical process control on all KPI’s Provide departments with statistical data and analysis on current processes/products and process capability Manage existing and new processes including directing continuous improvement activities to improve process and product compliance performance Maintain communications within and between various functions and areas in the plant Ensuring processes and projects are focused on areas of opportunity for increased revenue, product growth, and cost savings Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) or equivalent work experience Experience working in an industrial environment required Strong computer skills required Strong presentation skills required Ability to work with department heads to meet safety, production, quality, and yield goals Ability to multi-task & set priorities.
