Key Responsibilities Lead, organize and manage work focused on the identification and implementation of operating rhythms, process, & business initiatives. Meet with stakeholders to communicate issues and decisions openly. Define SOP enhancements and process documentation gaps. Define process gaps and work with cross-functional team to identify, plan, and close gaps. Document new & existing processes in Standards Library. Ability to interview key process and initiative stakeholders to understand pain points & develop process mandate. Identify and execute on continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and quality. Review options, identify potential solutions and propose resolution to project risk to ensure the successful completion of initiatives Utilizing Risk Management, you equip your team for known issues with potential parallel paths to address unknown risks in a way that does not impact initiative completion Lead key milestone deliverables and present in executive reviews Ability to use & train others to use toolsets from all major continuous improvement frameworks (six sigma, lean, & other tools) Able to communicate & present effectively with senior/executive leadership Ability to travel up to 10% Basic Qualifications High School Diploma or GED 7+ years of professional experience 3+ year of experience managing projects Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree preferred Experience with large cross-functional project management projects Demonstrated successful business process management experience across multiple timelines simultaneously Evidence of process improvement success and institutionalizing of those improvements Cross functional leadership experience in a matrix environment Experience working with domestic and global manufacturing Experience with process related improvement work Experience with major continuous improvement frameworks (six sigma, lean, etc) Experience with structured problem solving, process/value mapping, process analysis & modeling, change management, risk analysis & mitigation Experience working with globally distributed and diverse teams You strive for excellence and are a motivated self-directed individual who has a passion for what you do Must embrace an environment that is cutting edge and changing all in the name of improvement Must have an entrepreneurial mindset and a bias for consumer-focused innovation Must not allow process get in the way of execution and are always looking for ways to improve the ways we are conducting business Appreciates innovation in tools, techniques, and processes as much as you do in products Motivated to learn and continuously grow your leadership skills Kidde Global Solutions is An Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
