The PositionImprove/develop systems & equipment for the core processes to meetall customer, business & regulatory requirements through thefollowing activities: People Focus, Process Focus, Equipment Focus& Standards “Gatekeeper”. Relationships Reports to Manager, SeniorManager or Senior Project Manager. Essential Functions Coach &mentor peers as well as Shopfloor personnel Support technicaldevelopment of Shopfloor personnel Employ advanced cLEAN® toolswithin the main areas of problem-solving project & changemanagement Lead cross-functional process improvements Develop plansto improve the performance of a process or set of systems, usinggreen belt concepts Develop & manage project budget forimprovements for a process or set of systems Support event responseactivities Support implementation of better practices & participatein sharing knowledge across all OFP sites for improvement projectsMaintain & establish standards for procedures & maintenance plansSupport global OFP collaboration initiatives Follow all safety andenvironmental requirements in the performance of duties Otheraccountabilities, as assigned Physical Requirements Moves equipment&/or supplies weighing up to 33 pounds within the facilityusing various body positions. Routinely operates & inspectsmanufacturing equipment using hands. Strap & unstrap pallets usinghands. Must be able to be on your feet for up to a 12-hour shift.

May require corrected vision to 20/20 or 20/25 based on role. Mayrequire color vision based on role. Occasionally ascends / descendsa ladder. May be required to work at elevated heights. Occasionallyworks around odorous &/or hazardous materials. May be requiredto wear latex gloves. May perform critical job functions inextremely cold work environments depending on site. May positiononeself within confined spaces for inspection if required of therole. Ability to work in loud noise environments with hearingprotection. May be required to secure a motorized vehicle license &operate a motorized vehicle based on the role. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in engineering or related field from anaccredited university required with one (1) year of engineeringexperience in maintenance, design, process improvement, or SixSigma Green Belt certification/equivalent preferred May considerAssociate’s degree in engineering or relevant field of study froman accredited university with two (2) years of engineeringexperience in maintenance, design, process improvement, or SixSigma Green Belt certification /equivalent required May considerHigh School Diploma (GED) with four (4) years engineeringexperience in maintenance, design, process improvement, or SixSigma Green Belt certification/equivalent required Three (3) yearsof engineering experience in maintenance, design, processimprovement, or Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalentpreferred Knowledgeable in the following systems: Instrument &Electrical, Mechanical, Control/SCADA/PLCs, Process ImprovementMethodologies, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) & Reliability CenteredMaintenance (RCM) a plus We commit to an inclusive recruitmentprocess and equality of opportunity for all our job applicants.
