Marketing Full Job Description Job Purpose:

The Sales Operations Analyst supports both tactical and strategic initiatives within the sales division by analyzing data, coordinating sales operations, managing reporting, and assisting with marketing and community-based projects. This role is integral in maintaining efficient processes, optimizing sales performance, and enabling sales teams with tools, training, and insights to achieve and exceed division goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Operations & Strategy Analyze CRM and sales performance metrics on a weekly basis; identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Support bonus tracking and submission processes; implement and monitor Customer Care metrics tied to consultant performance. Partner with community sales consultants to manage and update CMAs and confirm neighborhood incentives. Collaborate with leadership to evaluate and adjust pricing strategies, incentives, and inventory planning based on data insights. Research competitors to identify opportunities and trends that impact division performance. Attend and audit community sales meetings to provide training and improve meeting effectiveness. Coordinate and contribute to onboarding of new sales consultants including CRM training and systems orientation. Administrative & Analytical Support Update pricing memos, sales reports, and community books on a weekly/monthly basis. Draft statistical, narrative, and visual reports for leadership using Microsoft Office tools. Maintain and update sales policies, procedures, and manuals. Assist the Division VP of Sales & Marketing with special projects and provide general administrative support as needed. Marketing & Community Support Assist with planning and execution of marketing campaigns, realtor outreach, and special events (e.g., grand openings, trade shows). Confirm and manage community signage, branding consistency, and offsite directional signage. Coordinate maintenance for model homes and sales centers to ensure optimal customer experience. Develop and distribute flyers, email blasts, newsletters, and other local marketing materials. Support community start-up and close-out efforts by aligning messaging, materials, and on-site readiness.

Qualifications:

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an attention to detail. Exceptional organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Effective written and verbal communication skills across all levels of the organization. Customer-focused with a professional, friendly, and collaborative demeanor. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); CRM system experience strongly preferred. Ability to present data and insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Education & Experience Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field; equivalent work experience may be considered. 3-7 years of experience in sales operations, preferably in new home construction, real estate, property management, or high-end retail. Familiarity with sales strategy, reporting, marketing coordination, and CRM tools. Experience supporting sales leaders and cross-functional teams is highly valued.
