Aseptic Process Engineer Position Available In Johnston, North Carolina

Aseptic Process Engineer Job Description Our client, a global pharmaceutical company, is seeking a Process Engineer for their Aseptic Manufacturing continuous improvement efforts. This individual will review data, observe the process on the shop floor, and collaborate with key stakeholders and leadership to make decisions that drive continuous improvement efforts. Responsibilities + Partner on cross-functional process improvements + Develop plans to improve the performance of a process or set of systems + Develop and manage project budget for improvements for a process or set of systems + Support event response activities + Implement better practices and participate in knowledge sharing across the site for improvement projects + Maintain and establish standards for procedures and maintenance plans Essential Skills + Previous pharmaceutical experience within a GMP setting + Experience working on a manufacturing line, including gowning and being on the shop floor + Experience identifying gaps and driving change through continuous improvement efforts + Experience with change controls and technical writing of changes + Proficiency in data analysis Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with GMP, continuous improvement, and manufacturing processes + Experience in aseptic manufacturing + Experience in gap analysis and change control Work Environment On-site in Clayton with normal hours from 8 AM to 5 PM, offering flexibility. The role involves both desk work and floor observation as needed. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 – $45.00/hr.
