Tempe AZ, Responsibilities:

Perform day-to-day back-office operations support including but not limited to; account transfers (ACATS and non-ACATS), name/address changes, funds disbursements, DTC transfers, year-end tax reporting, charitable gifting, etc. Collaborate with Reporting and Technology teams to resolve reporting issues as they are identified. Support client requests for statements and tax documents including 1099’s and K1’s. Must be a self-starter, with excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Must possess solid written/oral communication skills. Ability to organize, prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and keep team apprised on open items.

Qualifications:

3+ year of brokerage/securities middle-office or back-office operations experience. Daily processing and reconciliation experience in one or more of the following: ACATS and non-ACATS account transfer New Accounts Corporate Actions/Reorg Dividends and Interest Margin Accounts Purchase and Sales (P&S) Cash Settlements Stock Record Experience utilizing either one or more of the following: BetaNXT Beta, Broadridge systems, FIS/SunGard Phase 3 preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Excel. Ability to gain a thorough understanding of the business’s products, systems, and client specific needs. Solid written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines. Able to work in a team environment while taking individual responsibility for the quality and accuracy of the work. Must be a self-starter, with excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
