We are looking for a detail-oriented and driven Sales Operations & Analytics Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the sales organization by providing data-driven insights, maintaining sales performance reporting, and helping drive operational efficiency. You will work closely with business stakeholders to deliver high-impact reports and dashboards using Power BI and Salesforce. Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to monitor sales performance, pipeline health, and key KPIs
- Pull, clean, and analyze data from Salesforce and other sales systems to support operational reporting
- Support ad hoc analysis and custom reporting requests for sales leaders and business stakeholders
- Help gather business requirements and translate them into reporting and analytics solutions
- Support process documentation and training to help users make the most of available tools and reports
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of data in reports by performing routine audits and validation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Finance, and Delivery) to align metrics and insights
- Stay informed on enhancements in Salesforce and Power BI that can improve reporting and usability
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Internship or 0-2 years of experience in analytics, sales operations, or business intelligence
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, functions, etc.)
- Familiarity with Power BI and Salesforce is not required, but valued
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Base salary range: $60,000 – $70,000
The base salary rate will be commensurate with previous experience and relevant skills and knowledge.
This position includes additional variable compensation in the form of an annual/quarterly bonus opportunity.
