Manufacturing Process Definition & Improvement focuses on manufacturing operational improvement and cost savings to improve the organization’s profitability and efficiency including:

• Analyze designs, methods and internal manufacturing processes
• Develop strategies and initiatives for operational efficiency
• Implement process improvements and changes in product design and manufacturing methods
• Implements continuous improvement initiatives using various Lean methodologies and principles (e.
