Intapp is seeking an experienced a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead process improvement initiatives among Client Services stakeholders through identifying improvements, developing strategies to optimize performance, and implementing changes that drive business growth. The ideal candidate for this role should have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of Lean methodologies, and excellent communication abilities to work effectively with all levels of staff.
What you will do:
Developing and executing improvement strategies using methodologies like Six Sigma, Lean, or Kaizen
Leading cross-functional project teams to create new processes and implement changes to ensure smooth transitions
Facilitate change management and communication strategies for projects; engage relevant internal and external stakeholders to enable the achievement of project objectives and deliverables
Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of improvement initiatives and making necessary adjustments
Encouraging a culture of continuous improvement within the organization
Consult on the detailed project planning for CI projects; contribute to a successful design, build, test, launch methodology. Advise on the Continuous Improvement Project Roadmap, develop project plans for CI Projects and collaborate with the team on tasks related to scoping, planning, scheduling and coordination of internal programs, initiatives and projects. Analyze lessons learned; identify patterns and opportunities to improve enablement practices within CSVS and our Partner Community.
What you will need: Minimum of 5 years’ continuous improvement, Lean or Kaizen experience.
Relevant Bachelor’s degree
Working knowledge of Toyota Production System, Lean, and/or Kaizen
Strong analytical skills and an ability to collect and analyze input from multiple sources
Excellent communication and project management skills
Resourceful problem-solver, driven by results, and comfortable working in a fast paced environment
