Job Description Are you looking for your next opportunity? Sompo has a unique opportunity for a Senior Shared Services Operations Analyst in our Insurance Operations team . As a Senior Shared Services Operations Analyst, you will play a key role in overseeing and optimizing the daily submission intake process. You’ll ensure seamless workflows between business units and shared services teams, all while maintaining compliance with Sompo’s business goals and operational standards. In this role, you’ll identify best practices and leverage technology to drive efficiency and enhance overall operational performance.

Our business, your impact, our opportunity: What you’ll be doing: Oversee submission intake operations, ensuring efficient workflows between business units and shared services Act as the primary liaison with shared services to streamline processes, maintain compliance, and enhance customer satisfaction Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing best practices, process enhancements, and modern technologies Collaborate with underwriting, claims, broker services, rating, and policy administration to support seamless end-to-end operations Lead stakeholder workshops and meetings to gather insights and inform operational strategies Analyze business needs, identify inefficiencies, and document clear, validated requirements Communicate process gaps and improvement plans to stakeholders effectively Ensure all processes align with strategic goals, compliance standards, and operational efficiency targets Establish controls and monitoring systems to track process changes and performance Build strong cross-functional relationships to enable effective collaboration and execution Utilize data and trend analysis to support decision-making and refine workflows What you’ll bring: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a broker servicing, operations, or client support role within commercial P&C insurance Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify process gaps and recommend improvements Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas to drive our business, with a focus on internal and external stakeholder collaboration Committed to delivering high-quality service to brokers, underwriters, and clients Undergraduate degree or equivalent demonstrable industry experience Technical capabilities such as Microsoft Office Suite At Sompo, we recognize that the talent, skills, and commitment of our employees drive our success.
