Operations Analyst VennTax Wilmington, NC 28403 Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Analyst to support our Central Processing operations during tax season. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow from client intake through final tax return delivery. You will be the operational backbone of the process—handling client documentation, managing data workflows, and facilitating accurate and timely tax return assembly. Responsibilities Receive and manage incoming digital and physical client documents for tax preparation. Input client data accurately into our online tax workflow portal and track each stage of the process. Maintain clear and updated records for internal tracking and client communication. Assemble and package completed tax returns for client delivery—digitally and/or physically. Monitor document flow and flag missing or incomplete information proactively. Uphold the firm’s confidentiality and data security standards at every stage. Skills Extreme attention to detail and a methodical, process-driven approach. Strong organizational skills —you are comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines. Tech-savvy with experience in digital document management systems, data entry, and workflow tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Prior experience in an operations, administrative, or processing role preferred—especially in a tax, financial services, medical, or legal setting. Comfortable working in a fast-paced seasonal environment with changing priorities. Technology & Tools Experience with client portals, workflow tracking software, and Excel/Google Sheets.
