Job OverviewThe EQS Business Operations Analyst provides analytical support and presents findings on departmental processes, systems, and financials highlighting trends and providing clear, actionable insights across diverse audiences. Role has direct support for process development, effectiveness, standardization, optimization, and project ROI determination.
Duties & ResponsibilitiesCreates and delivers professional, detailed analysis, documentation, and reporting on departmental effectiveness, business data, process and projects to all level’s of the organization in a clearly understandable and actionable manner.
Leads development of and ensures accuracy, effectiveness, consistency and need on all departmental reporting. Performs end user training on the use of reporting and reporting systems.
Owns departmental reporting. Develops new certified and ah-hoc reports, maintains report accuracy, effectiveness, and consistency.
Acts as a business SME, Leading Change management, employee deployment and training on business processes, projects and operational direction.
Acts as Subject Matter Expert on reporting and assists business leaders with a broad understanding of business and departmental functions, operations and processes. Provides user training and support when needed.
Occasional overnight travel in support of business objectives, learning and training.
Provides other support as directed by leadershipKnowledge, Skills, & AbilitiesSelf-starter with a professional demeanorAbility to prioritize multiple assignments of varying complexities with varying deadlinesAdvanced analytical skills with strong attention to detailMust be able to quickly understand complex business processes, analyze effectiveness/deficiencies and clearly articulate findingsMust possess excellent verbal and written communication skills w/ability to communicate effectively across a wide and diverse audienceAdvanced Proficiency in M/S Office Suite (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word)Knowledge of SAP, FSL, and report generation software (I.E.
