Full Job Description Overview:
The Business Process Manager – WMS will lead the transformation of CE’s operations to a best-in-class model, driving the implementation of a Warehouse Management System (WMS) and process improvements. The goal is to enable CE to deliver against its Omni-channel strategy, leveraging data-driven insights, technology, and optimized processes. The successful candidate will have experience with WMS implementation, process mapping, and project management, as well as practical application of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
Responsibilities:
Review and determine WMS specifications; select and implement WMS solutions Lead transformation and operational improvement initiatives, including planning, execution, and facilitation of process definition and standardization Identify areas for improvement, minimize complexities, and optimize processes to drive business objectives Develop and implement a framework for leadership decision-making and monitoring processes Drive a culture of reducing waste and creating value, and serve as a change agent to transform the continuous improvement culture Participate in and drive forums for collaboration, and influence operations and supply chain leadership to achieve business objectives Interface with numerous internal groups, form productive relationships, and collaborate with staff across cross-functional organizations Perform root cause analysis, cross-functional remediation, and improvements to drive business outcomes. Traveling up to 80% to interact with field teams and senior management to ensure successful WMS implementation and ownership.
