As we scale our operations, we are seeking a data-driven Operations Research Analyst to support decision-making and process optimization across the organization. Position Summary We are looking for a skilled and analytical Operations Research Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will apply quantitative methods and data modeling to optimize business workflows, support strategic planning, and improve our operational efficiency. This is a cross-functional role that interacts closely with HR, production, sales, and executive leadership. Key Responsibilities Analyze employee performance metrics and operational KPIs to support HR and executive decision-making. Identify workforce planning opportunities, process inefficiencies, and assist in preparing performance evaluation reports. Optimize production workflows including inventory usage, print queue scheduling, and logistics. Apply operations research methods such as linear programming, queuing theory, and optimization algorithms to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Design and develop business intelligence dashboards and automated reporting tools to monitor key performance metrics such as turnaround time, production output, and material consumption. Build predictive models and forecasting tools to anticipate seasonal trends in demand, sales volumes, and inventory requirements. Use outputs to support scheduling, workforce allocation, and purchasing decisions. Conduct pricing analyses using customer segmentation, market research, and competitor data. Develop strategic pricing models that improve profitability while maintaining market competitiveness. Lead collaborative planning sessions across production, procurement, and sales teams. Use scenario modeling and simulations to evaluate operational changes and present actionable recommendations to management. Create and maintain internal databases for production, customer, and sales data. Automate data cleaning and reporting pipelines using scripting languages, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics , Data Analytics , or a related quantitative field is required. Strong foundation in operations research methodologies (e.g., linear programming, simulation, queuing theory). Proficiency in data analysis tools and scripting languages (e.g., Python, SQL, R). Experience with business intelligence platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus. Ability to communicate complex findings to cross-functional teams and executive leadership.
