Responsibilities:
Lead Strategy Deployment (SD): Ensure strategic alignment by cascading Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) both top-down and bottom-up. Assist the site leadership team in developing a strategic vision for improvement goals, including a site master plan that outlines the deployment roadmap and maturity expectations based on priorities.
Coaching:
Guide the team on Operational Excellence, emphasizing both external and internal benchmarking. Foster a zero-loss mindset across critical areas to optimize quality, delivery, and cost, while enhancing safety. Ensures compliance with quality systems, policies, procedures and best practices, and all local, state, federal and safety regulations, policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
