Process Improvement Analyst (JOB ID 1445) OneSparQ’s Client West Henrietta, NY 14586 OneSparQ is looking for a Quality Representative for a manufacturing company in Henrietta, NY.
Responsibilities:
Support project-based risk management, including management reviews and one-day capstone events focused on identifying and solving key business risks. Help pinpoint top quality risks in the business and work on practical, data-driven solutions to reduce or contain them. Work closely with engineers, operations, customer service, and warehouse teams to support quality efforts across the board. Track and analyze quality metrics to spot trends and support continuous improvement. Expect variety in your day—common tasks include: Reviewing and sending out policy updates Assisting with product recalls Gathering and reporting on quality data Conduct customer surveys and use feedback to help improve products and service. Play an active role in maintaining quality standards and keeping things running smoothly.
Required Skills:
High School Diploma 2+ years in a Quality role Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Outlook) Experience using Excel (Pivot Tables or V-Lookups, Dynamic Charts etc)
Additional Skills:
2 year degree
Process/Continuous Improvement Experience Lean Six Sigma Certification Job Type:

$55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
