Process Lead :
Define and continuously improve standard processes related to centerline (CL) management and rapid changeovers (RCO) to ensure consistent and effective execution Collaborate with production planners to optimize scheduling and efficiently manage grade changes Analyze production and quality variance data to identify root causes and implement corrective action plans Train and coach operators on best practices to enhance efficiency and product consistency Actively support Continuous Improvement (CI), Autonomous Asset Management, and Quality Pillars initiatives Manage documentation by developing, updating, and organizing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Bring out the best in yourself! You too, put forward your strengths: Minimum 3 years of project leadership experience with strong problem-solving skills College diploma or degree (Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering – asset) Proven ability to coach and mentor teams Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Excellent communication, follow-up, and interpersonal skills Attention to detail, adaptable, autonomous, and effective in navigating complex situations Experience with SAP and Power BI (asset) Six Sigma certification – Green or Black Belt (asset) Expertise in Lean Production System principles (asset) We look forward to meeting you!
