Job Summary:
We are seeking a Process Analyst to support our client’s Watchtower project, focusing on maintaining high standards across procedural documentation and incident response. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring alignment with enterprise frameworks and driving continuous improvement through detailed process analysis.
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee all project playbooks, SOPs, and workflow diagrams for our client’s Watchtower project.
Incorporate lessons learned into response procedures.
Align documentation with enterprise incident, problem, and change models.
Craft process flows and enhancements on behalf of incident response.
Ensure escalation pathways are followed and documented.
Skills Required:
Four or more years of experience in Six Sigma – Black Belt.
Proficiency in Process Improvement and Process Flows/Mapping.
Corporate Experience in Finance and Risk.
Advanced user of Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint.
Experience in SOP writing, Workflow diagrams, and Playbooks.
Consulting background.
Knowledge of Agile Framework.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with all levels of leadership.
Leadership skills, professionalism, tech-savviness, high energy, open-mindedness, and a continuous improvement mindset.
Education/Certifications:
Bachelor’s Degree.
Six Sigma – Black Belt certification.
