The Talent Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting various aspects of human resources to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the organization’s HR systems. This role requires experience in benefits administration, retirement plans, leave management, employee relations, HR compliance, talent acquisition, and onboarding.
Responsibilities:
Benefits Administration Assist with the employee benefits programs including health insurance, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability coverage. Ensure timely enrollment, changes, and terminations of benefits. Coordinate with benefits administration providers and other vendors and resolve any issues or discrepancies. Retirement Plans Administer retirement plans such as 401(k) and ESOP plans. Collaborate with the HR and Finance departments to ensure accurate reporting of ESOP activities. Provide employees and plan participants information on retirement plan options and benefits. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to retirement plans. Employee Relations Research and gather documentation for investigations and lawsuits. Review Code Of Ethics monthly report and address violations. Develop and implement employee relations reporting. HR Compliance Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Review monthly employment law changes and create an executive report. Maintain and update employee records in accordance with legal requirements. Assist with AAP activities and updates. Talent Acquisition Assist Talent Acquisition management with scheduling and candidate coordination activities. Create and maintain Talent Acquisition reports and scorecards. Coordinate and conduct new employee onboarding meetings. Prepare and manage onboarding documents and processes. Ensure new employees have the necessary resources and information to succeed in their roles. Leave Administration, Workplace Accommodations, and Workers’ Compensation Support managers and employees on leave programs, including paid time off (PTO), sick leave, family and medical leave (FMLA), and other types of leave. Process leave requests and maintain accurate leave records and reports. Advise employees on leave policies and procedures. Assist with workplace accommodation requests and workers compensation claims. General HR and Employee Support Support HR with ad-hoc projects, data collection, and reporting as required. Organize and maintain HR records and documentation in compliance with company policies and regulations. Handle incoming HR-related inquiries and assist employees with general HR information. Assist with internal, external and client audits. Maintain and update process playbooks, policies, and training content. Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, include but not limited to compliance and operational risk. Demonstrate consideration for Cenlar’s reputation as well as our clients, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required. A degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or related field is preferred. 3-5 years of experience in a Human Resources role Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience with Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP functions. Experience handling sensitive employee data and maintaining confidentiality. Comfortable using HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other HR software. Project management. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and identify discrepancies. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Previous experience supporting ESOP activities or Total Rewards programs and knowledge of ESOP rules and regulations is a plus. Ability to interact professionally and diplomatically with employees at all levels.

Pay Range Details $64,066.00 – $99,943.00 Annually The actual compensation offered will depend on factors including but not limited to the candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This range represents the reasonable minimum and maximum salary the company expects to pay for this position.
