Associate, Asset Management Great Valley Advisor Group Berwyn, PA 19312 Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Associate, Asset Management to join our GVA Asset Management (GVAAM) team. This individual will play a vital role in supporting the operational functions of GVAAM, with a focus on account openings, trading execution, and performance reporting. Key Responsibilities Facilitate and process new account openings and custodial paperwork with precision and timeliness Support daily trading activities, including trade execution, reconciliation, and confirmations Assist in generating and reviewing performance reports for internal and external stakeholders Ensure data accuracy and integrity across client accounts and reporting systems Collaborate closely with internal teams, including operations, compliance, and advisory teams Provide excellent service and support to advisors and clients Contribute to process improvements and documentation for scalability as the team grows Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree (BA or BS) required, preferably in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, or a related field Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Strong interest in investment operations and working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfortable with data and proficient in Excel and related reporting tools Previous experience in asset management, financial operations, or investment advisory a plus Why Join GVA?
