Salary:
$75,000 – $125,000 per year A bit about us: Our client isseeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to join its growing team.

1. Develop and implement a strategiccontinuous improvement plan that aligns with the company’s overallbusiness objectives. 2. Lead cross-functional teams to driveprocess improvements, identify inefficiencies and recommendsolutions. 3. Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuousimprovement methodologies to enhance operational performance. 4.Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization toensure continuous improvement initiatives are effectivelycommunicated and implemented. 5. Monitor and analyze performancemetrics to identify areas for improvement and assess theeffectiveness of implemented changes. 6. Provide training andcoaching to employees on continuous improvement principles andpractices. 7. Foster a culture of continuous improvement,encouraging innovation and promoting the sharing of best practicesacross the organization.
Job Details Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’sdegree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Master’s degree or relevant certification in Lean Six Sigma,Kaizen, or other continuous improvement methodologies is a plus. 2.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a continuous improvement role,ideally within a manufacturing or production environment. 3. Provenexperience implementing integrated work systems and driving processimprovements. 4. Strong analytical skills with the ability toidentify issues, analyze data, and develop solutions. 5. Excellentleadership and project management skills, with the ability to leadcross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with theability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of theorganization. 7.
