About the Role The Media Operations team isfocused on hands-on-keyboard activation of digital channels -inclusive of tagging, trafficking, buying, & more – and how & whereto use the right digital platforms, and use them well, to achievemedia and business goals. We ensure consistency, governance, andsupport around platform usage and activation activities, and aid inall ongoing building, buying, optimization, and reporting efforts.
In this role, you can expect to support, manage, optimize andreport on media campaigns for a portfolio of clients as part of abroader team. Successful team members in this role will demonstratethe ability to support ongoing media efforts for clients in strongcollaboration with their team members across our Media pillar andother practice areas.

This is considered a remote/hybridrole, and you can expect to work with clients and other teammembers located across the US and/or internationally.
KeyResponsibilities:
Build on your technical media skills and yourability to both collaborate with internal team members and manageclient communications and relationships. You’ll be a key part ofclient teams and the management of our end-to-end engagements andrelationships with clients themselves. Assist in and/or owncampaign planning, builds, and ongoing management of our clients’media efforts Assist in and/or own client communications andupdates, review requests and questions, and troubleshoot issues onplatforms and media execution Partner with team members to ensure ahigh standard of work and communication, including qualityassurance against all media execution Work effectively with teammembers to complete day-to-day tasks for both clients and internalefforts Collaborate with peers to receive learnings, from bothinternal and external sources Execute on media platforms acrossProgrammatic, Social, and Search channels such as, but not limitedto…
