Operations Analyst Position Available In Montgomery, Pennsylvania

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Analyst to join our team in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will act as a pivotal liaison between various teams, including Customer Operations, Sales, Product Development, and external customers. Your responsibilities will encompass project coordination, case management, and ensuring timely communication to support business operations and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Create and manage Salesforce cases to assess the effort required for customer enhancement requests, generate associated quotations, and share approvals with customers.
• Track and monitor case progress, ensuring timely estimations from the Product team and addressing any delays.
• Follow up with customers on pending quotes to secure approvals before expiration, and handle rejected or expired quotations accordingly.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and internal teams, facilitating updates and information sharing, especially after development work is completed.
• Oversee non-implementation projects, functioning as a project manager to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
• Lead internal status meetings and participate in scheduled or ad hoc customer meetings to address concerns and provide updates.
• Proactively engage with customers to encourage timely testing of newly released features, report issues, and finalize cases to support billing processes.
• Maintain organization and accuracy in case documentation to contribute to revenue generation and operational efficiency. Requirements
• At least two years of experience in a detail-oriented services environment, preferably with software exposure.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information effectively and promptly to diverse stakeholders.
• Background in the paper and packaging industry, particularly in corrugated box or folding carton domains, is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and Certinia.
• Solid understanding of software development concepts and lifecycle processes.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage shifting priorities.
• Comfortable working remotely and presenting professionally in video conferencing settings.
• Availability during core business hours in the Eastern Time Zone.
