Tosupport our growth and enable us to scale efficiently, we areseeking an outstanding Senior Analyst, Self-Service Cloud Strategy& Operations to help drive sales and product strategy, planning,reporting, and analysis efforts in our Self-Service Cloud business!
The Senior Analyst will be responsible for the analytical aspectsof key business decisions, including target setting, businessreporting, go-to-market strategies, prioritization, processimprovement, metrics and dashboards. In this role, you will workcross-functionally to drive efficiency and performance improvementacross multiple operational, product adoption, and financialmetrics globally. You will generate reports and analysis, providinginsights that support decision-making and help define, land, andcomplete key strategic priorities for our month-to-month cloudcustomers. You will support running the business cadence, helpingnavigate the complexities of systems and tools, as well ascollaborating with cross-functional teams to solve problems,design, manage, and successfully deliver projects againstoperational standards. You will help scale and streamline theoperations of our Customer Engineers by providing the incentives,systems and business insights the organization needs to optimizeperformance, effectiveness and productivity. As well as be aproactive driver of change, always looking for opportunities toimprove the performance of the Self-Service business.
Responsibilities will include detailed analyses on consumptiontrends, product adoption, customer journeys, growth forecasting,and target design. The Senior Analyst, Self-Service Cloud Strategy& Operations enjoys analyzing data, loves redefining theinefficient, and is not afraid to “roll up their sleeves”.Reporting to the Senior Manager, Customer Engineering & SupportStrategy & Operations, this person will be results-oriented,flexible, and eager to acquire new skills and knowledge. What YouWill Be Doing
- Partner closely with product engineering andmarketing to develop actionable, measurable projects and programsthat accelerate consumption growth, customer retention, and improveproductivity.
- Design incentive structures and targets supportingour Self-Service Cloud business, including for Cloud MonthlyCustomer Engineers and Sales.
- Perform data analysis and modelingto identify trends and efficiency opportunities.
- Build, maintain,and improve systems, tools and dashboards to support the needs ofthe team and key partners.
- Engage in ad-hoc analyses tounderstand business performance/user engagement metrics, KeyPerformance Indicators and provide concise summaries andrecommendations to management on topics from go-to-marketstrategies, product journey improvements, resource allocation andmore.
- Identify levers for driving balanced product adoption andrevenue growth.
- Focus on continuous improvement of processes,policy and tools to drive productivity and remove friction What YouBring
- BS/BA or equivalent experience required
- 7 years workexperience in Sales or Field Operations, Strategy, FP&A,Management Consulting, or similar field in SaaS organizations withstrong exposure to go-to-market and product strategy.
- Provenability to structure complex problems, develop solutions, and craftrecommendations and results into easily digestible messages,communications, and executive presentations.
- Excellentcommunication and engagement skills.
- Highly collaborative styleand the ability to adjust on the fly to new demands with a sense ofurgency.
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced start-up environment.
- Experience with the Salesforce.com platform
- Power userproficiency with the MS Office suite (especially MS Excel and MSPowerpoint).
- SQL experience
- Experience with Elasticsearch orKibana a bonus
