We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Investment Banking Associate to join our Infrastructure Investment Banking team. The ideal candidate will have prior Senior Analyst or Associate-level experience at a reputable investment bank or in a transaction advisory position with a strong track record of deal execution. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior bankers and clients, contributing meaningfully to transactions from day one.

Responsibilities:

Lead financial modeling, valuation analysis (DCF, comps, precedent transactions, retention models) Support and manage the execution of M&A and capital raise transactions Develop and oversee preparation of client presentations, pitch materials, and transaction documentation Coordinate due diligence processes and interact directly with clients, lawyers, accountants, and counterparties Mentor and manage junior team members, ensuring high-quality analytical and presentation output Conduct industry and company-specific research to support business development and active engagements

Requirements:

2 – 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, specifically M&A Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills. Experience in the Infrastructure sector is preferred Why work for us?
