• Analyzing proposed policies, procedures, forms, and reports under general supervision to recommend operational improvements.
• Evaluating existing procedures and processes to make recommendations for enhancement and monitoring reports to assess performance impacts.
• Assisting in the implementation and maintenance of systems or processes, including testing and management communication regarding project status. This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree or Associate Degree with 2 years of project management, data analysis, business planning, or related experience, or have 4 years of combined education and job-related experience.
• Have 2 years of data analysis or related operations experience, preferably in healthcare or insurance data analysis.
• Possess strong communication, project management, and organizational skills, with an ability to identify problems and recommend effective solutions.
