Your Role:
You should have a collaborative business minded approach with afocus on developing comprehensive process design strategies thatoptimize workflows and enhance overall efficiencies. In this roleyou will execute new strategies, design and implement effectiveworkflows and procedures and collaborate with stakeholders toensure successful process changes and continual improvement. Thisincludes the measurement and monitoring of quantifiable businessprocess improvements and enhancements. This is a new role thatoffers the opportunity to foster a culture of continuousimprovement in an amazing culture while collaborating with peopleand working with intricate details. What you
Need:
A bachelor’sdegree in a related field; at least 5 years of experience inevaluation, planning and implementation of process design andimprovement programs; familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma practicescertification preferred; strong leadership, collaboration andcommunication skills, excellent analytical and problem-solvingskills; exceptional organizational skills, and strong businessacumen and interpersonal skills.
