Job Description
Position Summary
The Coordinator of Continuous Improvement leads district-wide efforts to support effective data use, streamline technology resources, coordinate state and local assessments, and manage instructional materials. This role ensures aligned, intentional support of instructional improvement across all schools.

Qualifications
Master’s degree in education, Curriculum & Instruction, or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional leadership, testing coordination, or data analysis
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in educational technology platforms and data tools
Preferred Qualities
Experience with Schoology, RALLY, ADT, STOPit, Remind, and Clear Touch
Knowledge of South Carolina testing procedures and textbook adoption processes
Ability to lead professional development for teachers and administrators
Key Responsibilities
Serve as District Testing Coordinator for all state and local assessments
Provide training and support to School Testing Coordinators (STCs)
Ensure compliance and documentation related to test violations
Manage district-wide data tools, including RALLY and ADT uploads
Oversee implementation and analysis of stakeholder opinion surveys
Support integration and use of APPS such as STOPit, Remind, Hall-Pass
Guide i-Ready diagnostic communication and usage
Support instructional use of the Teacher Toolbox and Pathway resources
Manage district-wide technology tools including Schoology and Clear Touch Panels
Develop and distribute a monthly instructional technology newsletter
Oversee inventory and utilization of all instructional technology
Coordinate textbook adoptions and manage SC Destiny system
Provide training to site-based textbook managers
Schedule and manage participation in textbook caravans
Any other duties assigned by the Chief Academic Officer
