Job Summary:
Drive enterprise-wide Lean and Six Sigma initiatives by facilitating strategy deployment, Hoshin planning, and high-impact improvement projects. Lead cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and execute improvement opportunities aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and facilitate Hoshin Planning, Value Stream Mapping, and annual strategic deployment activities. Manage and execute Lean & Six Sigma projects (~$500K+/project) across multiple functions and sites. Develop, deliver, and improve Lean & Six Sigma training (White to Black Belt); oversee certification and coaching. Support operational excellence through KPI tracking, RCA (Root Cause Analysis), CA (Corrective Action), and process standardization. Collaborate with IT to build dashboards and systems for program tracking and performance analysis. Assist in budget planning, project financial tracking, and benchmarking best practices across industries. Promote a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and innovation across all business functions. Travel as needed to support site-level implementation and training.

$100,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
