What You’ll Do As our Continuous Improvement Manager, you’ll lead Lean initiatives and oversee our Quality Department across all manufacturing sites—while primarily working out of our Moscow, TN location. You’ll drive sustainable improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost through hands-on leadership, training, and cross-functional collaboration. In this role, you will: Lead strategic CI initiatives to improve SQDC (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost) metrics. Manage the Continuous Improvement Engineer and guide CI efforts at all plant locations. Facilitate GEMBA walks, Kaizen events, and RCA workshops to identify and resolve inefficiencies. Deliver Lean training programs and support internal certifications (including “Blue Belt”). Oversee quality systems and standards, ensuring ISO compliance and reducing scrap, rework, and customer complaints. Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to eliminate waste and drive standardization. Champion a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. What You’ll Need Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or a related field. 3-5 years of management experience in a manufacturing environment, including direct CI and/or quality leadership. Six Sigma Green or Black Belt and/or recognized Lean certification. Solid understanding of ISO standards, quality systems, and regulatory compliance. Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills. Comfort with process documentation tools and Microsoft Office. Ability to travel up to 20% to support other locations and corporate CI meetings.

Experience in HVAC, coil manufacturing, or metals-based industries. Familiarity with ERP systems and KPI tracking dashboards. Certifications in quality management (e.g., CQE, CQM/OE).
