LOCATION

Greater South Memphis Metro area. We are currently seeking an experienced, hands-on Continuous Improvement Manager for our industrial facility in the area just SOUTH of Memphis, in a key Management and Technical/project management role, where you will be directly responsible for driving process enhancements and operational efficiency across the organization, creating manufacturing efficiencies with the goals of time/cost savings and ensuring product quality/quality manufacturing processes are upheld throughout the process. This role focuses on the direction of team and project activities pertaining to the identification, planning and direct implementation of best practices, analyzing performance metrics, and leading initiatives that support a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

REQUIRES

a Bachelors’ Degree and the ability to work ONSITE, at our plant Key Responsibilities Lead and manage continuous improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve process inefficiencies
Develop and implement process improvement strategies to enhance manufacturing efficiencies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish performance metrics and monitor progress
Facilitate training and development sessions to educate staff on continuous improvement practices
Engage stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure alignment with organizational goals
Utilize data analysis to support decision-making and track improvement outcomes
Conduct value stream mapping exercises to identify waste and streamline processes
Implement change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions during process changes
Monitor compliance with quality management systems and ensure adherence to regulatory standards. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in continuous improvement or operations management
Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma methodologies, and quality management practices
Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery
Black Belt or Green Belt certification in Six Sigma is highly preferred
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management and stakeholder engagement
Knowledge of welding, fabrication, and quality control processes is a plus
Ability to effectively communicate and influence at all levels of the organization
Experience with CAPEX budgeting and cost savings analysis.
