Reporting to the Program Director of Process Optimization, this role is pivotal in driving operational excellence and supporting business growth through strategic projects. You will partner with stakeholders from front-line teams to executive leadership, ensuring each initiative aligns with our mission to provide top-tier patient care. What You Will Do Lead multiple process improvement initiatives concurrently, adapting to evolving business needs. Apply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance efficiency, quality, and growth. Identify opportunities for process enhancements and collaborate with stakeholders to scope and gain approval. Guide projects from kickoff through sustainment, meeting milestones and delivering outcomes on time. Track key performance indicators (KPIs), prepare executive-level presentations, and communicate updates to leadership. Leverage

Whys, fishbone diagrams, and data-driven techniques to identify root causes and process gaps. Drive change management activities to ensure sustainable improvements. Continuously research industry trends, explore emerging technologies, and integrate innovative tools. What You Will Bring Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent years of relevant experience. 3-5 years of experience leading process-improvement or operational projects, ideally in healthcare. Familiarity with clinical operations or patient-care workflows. Proven success in managing multiple projects end-to-end. Hands-on knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar methodologies (Certification is a plus!). Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Tableau is a plus. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence without direct authority. Strategic problem-solving skills with a knack for breaking down complex challenges.
