Job Description
Sales Operations Analyst SurgiCor, a Stryker Agency Franklin, TN 37067 SurgiCor is an independent agency specializing in wholesale distribution of orthopedic medical devices and various other ancillary products. We are looking for a data-driven and detail-oriented Sales Operations Analyst to support our sales team by analyzing sales performance and ensuring effective use of tools and data.
What You Will Do:
Manage and optimize our reporting tools, while ensuring data integrity between systems. Own the design and development of ongoing sales metrics, key performance indicators, reports, dashboards to drive key business decisions of our programs and initiatives. Through collaboration, provide support for sales planning activities during quarterly and annual planning cycles, including territory alignments, compensation analysis, and quota setting. Work closely with sales leadership to enhance and provide accurate forecasting. Conduct ad hoc analyses to support decision-making and strategy development. Prepare monthly commission reporting for management and the sales team.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field. 3+ years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or related field. Proficient in data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Cube). Proven ability to work with minimal direction, as well as be resourceful and independent in solving problems in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and quantitative skills. Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills. High regard for confidentiality and data integrity.
