• Job Description:

• Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Operations Technician to join our team!

• What You’ll Be Doing:

• + Primarily responsible for all Contractor Range Operations duties.

+ The senior operations technician oversees unit scheduling for ranges and deconflicts schedules to optimize throughput on the range. + Responsible for firing desk manning and scheduling. + Responsible for Remote Computer Station (RCS) scheduling and monitoring. + Provides management and direction for the development of policies, procedures, skills sets, and metrics. + Monitors all financial information and reports + Prepares and presents papers at relevant technical meetings and seminars. + Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

• What Required Skills You’ll Bring:

• + Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (or related field) and typically 12+ years of diversified and applicable experience is required, with at least 5 years of supervisory/management experience.
