You’ll lead site-wide operations acrossAdvance Plumbing &Septic,Treatment & Recovery, andService & Solutionsdivisions. Fromfleet and field services to plant operations and customersatisfaction – you’ll own the strategy, execution, and teamperformance.

What You’ll DoOperational Leadership Oversee day-to-day activities across field services, routing,plant operations, and admin functions Lead and support a team of service techs, operators, andadministrative staff Maintain vehicle and equipment readiness through inspections,repairs, and preventative maintenance Ensure consistent adherence to LES best practices andoperational standards Develop shift schedules to optimize service delivery and teamcoverageSafety & Compliance Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, EPA, and facility permitrequirements Lead safety meetings, inspections, and route audits Manage site P&L, budgets, and EBITDA targets Monitor key financial metrics and present monthly performanceupdates Control expenses and promote cost-efficient businesspracticesCustomer & Relationship Management Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughregular visits and prompt issue resolution Support retention efforts and identify growth opportunities inthe service area Ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience Hire, train, and mentor employees to foster safety, efficiency,and profitability Set the tone for professionalism, accountability, and teamworkacross all departments Support onboarding and development using LES resources andtraining tools Be available for urgent operational needs outside standardhours when necessaryWhat You Bring Proven leadership in service or treatment plant environments(5+ years preferred) Strong understanding of DOT, OSHA, and wastewater/waste streamregulations Experience managing operations, budgets, teams, and customerrelationships Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);QuickBooks and ServiceTitan are a plus CDL background and wastewater industry experience stronglypreferredEducation & Experience High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degreepreferred Experience in business operations, mechanical or environmentalservices is a plus Bonus eligibilitybased on performance Vehicle allowance Comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision, 401k,paid time off) Combination of office, field, and plant environments Occasional light lifting, emergency response readiness, andexposure to industrial conditionsIf you’re a hands-on leader withthe drive to elevate operations, lead diverse teams, and ensuresafety and service excellence – we want to hear from you.
