You’ll lead site-wide operations across Advance Plumbing & Septic , Treatment & Recovery , and Service & Solutions divisions. From fleet and field services to plant operations and customer satisfaction — you’ll own the strategy, execution, and team performance. What You’ll Do Operational Leadership Oversee day-to-day activities across field services, routing, plant operations, and admin functions Lead and support a team of service techs, operators, and administrative staff Maintain vehicle and equipment readiness through inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance Ensure consistent adherence to LES best practices and operational standards Develop shift schedules to optimize service delivery and team coverage Safety & Compliance Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, EPA, and facility permit requirements Lead safety meetings, inspections, and route audits Maintain accurate documentation (manifests, BOLs, profiles, logs) Financial Performance Manage site P&L, budgets, and EBITDA targets Monitor key financial metrics and present monthly performance updates Control expenses and promote cost-efficient business practices Customer & Relationship Management Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular visits and prompt issue resolution Support retention efforts and identify growth opportunities in the service area Ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience Team Leadership & Culture Hire, train, and mentor employees to foster safety, efficiency, and profitability Set the tone for professionalism, accountability, and teamwork across all departments Support onboarding and development using LES resources and training tools Be available for urgent operational needs outside standard hours when necessary What You Bring Proven leadership in service or treatment plant environments (5+ years preferred) Strong understanding of DOT, OSHA, and wastewater/waste stream regulations Experience managing operations, budgets, teams, and customer relationships Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); QuickBooks and ServiceTitan are a plus CDL background and wastewater industry experience strongly preferred Education & Experience High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred Experience in business operations, mechanical or environmental services is a plus Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $75,000 – $85,000 Bonus eligibility based on performance Company vehicle or vehicle allowance Comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision, 401k, paid time off) Work Environment Combination of office, field, and plant environments Occasional light lifting, emergency response readiness, and exposure to industrial conditions If you’re a hands-on leader with the drive to elevate operations, lead diverse teams, and ensure safety and service excellence — we want to hear from you.
