Job Description:
At Regions, the Mainframe Supervisor oversees the operation of one or more shifts of Mainframe Operators. Responsible for monitoring computer operations, data entry, data control and operations support functions. Primary Responsibilities Supervises personnel in computer operations, data entry, data control, and operations support functions Assigns personnel, directs work, and evaluates operational performance Has daily responsibilities for problem/change management as related to computer operations procedures and control mechanisms This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a related field Six (6) years of related experience Preferences Experience in a lead or supervisory role Skills and Competencies Excellent analytical skills and detail oriented Excellent verbal and written communication skills Extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals Familiar with a variety of the fields concepts, practices, and procedures Position Type Full time Compensation Details Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions.
