10+ years of relevant work experience Flexibility to travel up to 80% of the time Depth in Aerospace, Defense, Aviation, or Space preferred Experience with go-to market strategy and business developmentpreferred Recent project leadership experiences Experience working with PE and/or PE relationships a PLUS(personal or professional), especially related to Aerospace,Defense, Aviation & SpaceThe salary range is $150,000 – $225,000annually, dependent on several variables including but not limitedto education, experience, skills, and geography. In addition,A&M offers a discretionary bonus program which is based on anumber of factors, including individual and firm performance.
