Full Job Description About Us:

We are a nationally recognized quick lube service chain , known for fast, friendly, and professional oil changes and preventative maintenance services. With a strong reputation and loyal customer base, we are seeking an experienced and driven District Manager to oversee operations across multiple locations.

Position Overview:

As District Manager, you will lead, support, and drive performance across a group of stores within your territory. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on operational excellence, team leadership, and customer service success. The right candidate will be results-oriented and capable of coaching store leaders to meet and exceed sales, service, and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of multiple quick lube locations within the assigned district Hire, train, and develop store managers and team members Drive performance through sales, customer service, and operational KPIs Ensure adherence to company standards, safety protocols, and operational procedures Conduct regular store visits to provide leadership, assess performance, and ensure consistency Analyze financial statements and implement action plans to improve profitability Lead and support local marketing efforts and community engagement initiatives Manage labor costs, inventory, and other controllables across your district Serve as a liaison between corporate leadership and store teams

Requirements:

3+ years of experience as a District Manager or Multi-Unit Manager , ideally in the automotive service, retail, or quick lube industry Strong leadership, team-building, and coaching skills Proven track record of driving operational and financial performance Working knowledge of automotive preventative maintenance services a strong plus Must be comfortable with travel between store locations Excellent communication and organizational skills Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a national or franchise-based quick lube or automotive service chain Ability to manage performance using data and KPIs Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
