Summary As a Guest Service Supervisor at AC Hotel by Marriott Huntsville Downtown you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive outstanding service throughout their stay. Located in a dynamic environment, this role is essential for creating memorable experiences that align with our commitment to excellence in hospitality. Responsibilities Welcome and check-in guests with sincere hospitality and professionalism. Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions. Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Manage phone systems effectively to assist guests with their requests. Perform night audit duties if needed, ensuring accurate reporting of daily transactions. Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth front desk operations. Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area. Scheduling and training of front desk staff Directly reports to Assistant General Manager Ensures all front desk operations follow Marriott standards and protocols Leads front desk team with a goal of operastional excellence, and a focus on delighting every guest. Requirements Previous experience in guest services or hospitality required. Track record in strong leadership & organization Strong hospitality with a passion for helping others. Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required.
