ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

The Plant Operations Director is a hands-on management level position, with responsibilities including but not limited to maintaining the physical plant, managing preventative maintenance schedules, overseeing apartment preparations and performing basic plumbing, electrical and general maintenance repairs. This position is responsible for the overall maintenance of the facility and grounds. This position must ensure the facility meets all life safety and regulatory requirements and will manage and complete resident and facility service requests in a time manner.

What You Will Do :

This position supervises the Senior Plant Operations Manager, who manages all of the plant operations technicians. Hires, orients, trains, coaches and works to oversee the entire Plant Operations team.

Why You Are Qualified:

Minimum five years’ related experience in management of maintaining a physical plant and grounds in a health care setting. Proven ability with scheduling multiple disciplines related to maintaining and renovating resident apartment and villa homes.
