Our client is seeking a proven leader to oversee all facility operations for multiple sites within the company’s eastern region. The primary function is to provide leadership and drive all facility functions to maximize revenue and profit by providing excellent customer service, managing expenses, allocating and maximizing resources while meeting all safety and compliance requirements.
What You’ll Do:
Facilitate safety and operations training for the region.
Supervise plant operators for all facilities within the region.
Determine ‘best” process management practices.
Direct local facility management and corporate operations management.
Oversee planning and developing financial requests.
Analyze data and reports to top management through financial reports, forecasts, profit and loss statements and other tools necessary to manage the business and make informed decisions to maximize and enhance the business.
Travel is 50-75%
What We’re Looking for:
5 years minimum of Wastewater experience or related experience (Required).
Experience working with other departments and facilities.
Strong understanding of applicable regulations
Ability to execute strategy, manage change, and drive accountability
Strong communication and decision-making skills
Financial and operational acumen to manage departmental budgets
Physically located within one of the states for this region.
