Group Housing Coordinator 3.1 3.1 out of 5 stars 64 South Water Street, Mobile, AL 36602 PURPOSE Responsible for entering and updating group information and rooming lists into Hotel Systems. Working as a liaison between the Sales Office, Event Management, and Front Office Teams.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Entering Group Information and rooming lists into Hotel Systems Updating group reservations as needed. Processing Advance Deposit Payments for Group Reservations. Building Group Blocks in Hotel Systems Creating Group Booking Reservation Links (ResLinks). Answering incoming calls and assisting with making room reservations for transient and group guests. Assist the Inventory Manager with balancing room inventories. Assist Event Management Team with cut-off dates, VIP reservations

QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge of Hotel systems such as

MARSHA, PMS.

Excellent communication and presentation skills. Good organizational and administrative skills. Confidence in decision making. Strong people relationship skills. Strong sense of urgency, action oriented. Ability to work in a multi-task environment. Ability to work on own
