You will be responsible for ensuring a welcoming environment, assisting guests with their needs, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the area. This position is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for hospitality and customer service. Responsibilities Greet and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. Provide information about services, events, and activities available at the facility. Manage guest inquiries and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise during their visit. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the floor area, ensuring all spaces are tidy and presentable. Assist with event management, including setup, coordination, and breakdown of activities as needed. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining a balanced cash drawer. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest services. Monitor safety protocols, especially in areas such as pools or recreational facilities, ensuring guest safety at all times. Qualifications Experience working with children is highly desirable. Strong conflict management skills to effectively address guest concerns. Background in hospitality or guest services is preferred. Familiarity with resort environments is a plus. Excellent public speaking skills to communicate effectively with guests in various settings. Previous experience in events management is beneficial. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Certification as a lifeguard is an advantage for roles involving pool supervision. Proficiency in cash handling procedures is required.
