Our Hospitality Specialists play a foundational role in ensuring our customers receive the best hospitality experience as possible. Our Hospitality Specialists are solely focused on ensuring either Front Counter or Drive-thru guests receive an excellent, restorative visit that meets all of our “Second Mile Service” standards. This role is not considered a formal Leadership role and does not initially come with the additional Leadership benefits, pay, opportunities, etc like our Leadership team. In certain instances those who would like to be considered for a Leadership role can apply to do so. Our traditional Team Member and Leadership Team is a different employment route than the Hospitality Specialists route as no true Managerial expectations will be assigned to the Hospitality Specialists role. Our Hospitality Specialists will lead the charge on several essential items listed, but not limited to: proactively engaging with customers, ensuring our hospitality environment is meeting expectations, support excellence in tidiness and organization, supports our training team to help train new hires & staff recurring training, and uphold our high standards of hospitality in a fun, creative, and encouraging way.
