- Complex Care, you will: Ensure excellent levels of service delivery.
Lead and develop the Community Care Lead team. Manage performance by setting and achieving KPIs, conducting reviews, and overseeing team performance. Oversee daily operations and key processes to ensure operational excellence. Align financial performance with budget requirements and aim to exceed them. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Efficiently mobilise and onboard new business with clinical and operational teams. Collaborate with clinical, operational, and business development teams. Drive continuous quality improvement in line with the quality agenda.
